friends passed the interview and received an offer, but didn't go.

Some feedback from the interviewers:
In order to avoid wasting your time and our time, please submit resume only
if all the following conditions are true
1. must be very strong in C++ programming and Unix programming/administration
2. should have at least 2+ years working experiences in industry, or graduated
from top CS schools with good grades (top school means at least top 25 CS
graduate school in US, AND top 10 undergraduate school in Chi
