Dear Friends:
I've received emails regarding the Golden Spike Bus Trip - apparently
people are not receiving the complete information. Please forward this
email to your friends, family and organizations. Thanks so much!!!! I know
that Corky would like to have a full bus this coming Sunday!!!!
Corky Lee - renown New York photographer - has organized a bus trip to the
Golden Spike Reenactment for this year. He asked me to invite the Chinese
community as well as the APA community organizations. Sadie Yoshimura was
instrumental in securing the Le Bus at the best possible price.
You must have a reservation for this trip!!!!
The information on for this free bus trip:
1. Sunday, May 10 meet at the Chinatown Mall - west parking lot on Main
Street; Chinatown address is 3390 South State Street. Cars can be parked in
the Main Street (west side of the mall) lot for the day.
2. The Bus will leave at 8:00am and return @4:30pm
3. People should bring their own lunches or plan on purchasing their lunch
at the Golden Spike.
4. The bus will also take guests to Chinese Arch for a brief photo session.
5. This bus is being paid for by donations gathered by Corky Lee and there
will be no charge for riding the bus. Reservations for seats will be given
to the first 48 people who respond by calling:
