VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) - Roving gangs of hoodlums are terrorizing
neighbourhoods in Surrey, Burnaby and Richmond, and police are warning
people to be aware of who's around them. The gangs are targeting just about
everyone, and they're very violent.
They demand your wallet or purse, and if you don't hand it over, they attack
you. One woman suffered a serious head injury. The robbers are in their mid
