加拿大的签证快要下来了，所以开始考虑租房问题。请问各位前辈：
我去victoria，现在看到一个OFF CAMPUS的shared room.300/m,furnished,
utilities not included.8minutes walk to U of Victoria.
这个房子怎么样啊？关键他是available from 1 Sep.
另外，请问大家，在刚刚到达还没有找到房子的时候，一般采取什么办法暂时住下阿？
再另外，在租房子方面，大家有什么经验/教训啊？
比如，apartment,shared room,room and boaard,room only, suite,house,
那一种好啊？还有，在租房时，什么因素是最重要的？ | f********d

depends on how big the room is
what furniture they provide
basement or not
when will you come?
my friend will leave on August 15, her room is not bad
should be a little bit less than 300 or just 300
whehther the landloard is easy to get along with
all depends.
not recommend r and B, expensive and no good food
others will depend on location, basement or not, ....

来的早可以住在学校的guest house
不过比较贵， 30/day
然后， 我家9月1日有空房
