ur friend can buy from dell.ca, which also often has sale.

dealsea or fatwallet in USA for some deals. in what ways you check deals in
ca?
he has not credit cards now. if he can order it on dell.ca, can i help him pay
first by my credit card in USA?

I know u can buy from dell.ca without credit card, i.e., making the payment
online through ur checking account.
