study for spring 2004 at the same school with my husband in Virgina. ( I
changed to F1). My husband is RTA graduate student now.
Am I eligible for in-state tuition, virgina?

an assistantship over 4k in total in the current academic year.

least one year. F-1 and F-2 are not qualified under any condition.
