发帖数: 60 | 2 I have never been there but I lived in WV for 2 years. All I can tell you is
- WV is a different world. Very quiet, wild, pretty but very poor. Safety
is not a problem. Not convenient for Chinese. hard to find decent Chinese
food or grocery store.

well, all I can tell you is- Morgantown and Charleston are the richest
cities
in WV. And to me, they are not comparable with any other places I have lived
