Because our parents and baby boy are going back to our home country, and we'
ll move to live with a friend, so now we have this:
2BR/1.5BA unit in Oakton Park Apartment available from Dec 26, 2010.
Current lease ends on August 31,2011, but can be renewed afterwards. We got
the
discounted price of $1390/month including all the utilities, plus $10/month
for rental insurance. You can keep the price till the lease ends, and may
have a raise of 0 to 3% if renew.
Sublease of the whole apartment is preferred, but you can also reply if you
only want to take one room.
The community is located in a very convenient location. It is at the
intersection of State Route 123 and I-66 (less than 3 min to get on I 66), 5
mins to the grocery stores, 2 miles to Vienna/GMU Metro station, 3 miles
drive to GMU, 10 minutes to Fair Oaks Mall, 10 minutes to Great Wall super
market(大中华). It is 7-10 minutes WALK to CUE bus stop, 5 more minutes, you
will see Metrobus.
It is quite spacious with 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, a half
bath in the master bedroom, a living room, a dining room and a family room.
There are plenty spaces for storage such as a walk-in closet in the master
bedroom, in-wall closet in the secondary bedroom, a storage closet in the
hallway and a mid-size closet in the foyer. There is also a storage room in
the lower level of the building.
The unit is on the first floor (not lower floor or top floort). All the
windows face the east and have a view of woods. There is a balcany connected
with the living room. The unit is in dead end of the community and is free
of noise from the traffic. A play yard is right besides the building, and
there are other two playgrounds, one olympic-size pool, and picnic area in
the community.
When we move in this August，we had new stove, new dish washer, new
refrigerator, new carpet, new paint , and so far the unit had been well
maintained. The community is a nice and friendly community. You will have
two parking permits, visitor parking are also available.
