s candidacy for Virginia delegate representing Virginia 48th district (
Arlington and partial of McLean and Falls Church).
This is a special election to be hold on next Tuesday, August 19.
Among all the candidates for this year' election, Mr. Foster is the only
candidate from northern Virginia who responded to our political survey.
Mr. Foster opposes race-based admissions policies in public school. He
believes that including Asian Americans on task forces and committees is
important in dealing with education and diversity. As the president of the
Virginia Board of Education, Mr. Foster began the process of revising the
SOLs to make them more rigorous and the tests more challenging.
80-20 DC chapter calls Asian Americans living in Arlington, McLean and Falls
Church areas to come out to vote for Mr. Foster, to elect a candidate who
can represent us.
