有些我觉得明显是不合理的，比如洗地毯的钱，因为我知道他们的要把地毯都换成木地
板了。我跟他们谈，他们也承认要换木地板，但是坚持不管怎么样，apartment还给他
们时，要和我们租的时候一样，所以要交洗地毯的钱。还有stove坏了，让他们修了很
多次他们都修不好（其实是很简单的电路问题），后来干脆不修了，现在也要我们交
replace stove的钱。现在我们应该怎么办呢？ |
