发帖数: 77 | 1 I am scheduled to go to the consulate in Shanghai for a H1b visa interview.
It is at 7:30 in the morning on 12-9-09. My flight today is delayed for a
day. I will arrive at Shanghai at 3:05PM on 12-8-09. I don't think I will
have time to pay the visa fee that day. Can I pay the fee in the morning
right after 9AM when the bank opens, and then go to the consulate after that
?????

airport is so far away from everywhere. I guess I can call and find out the
bank closest to the airport. ANybody who knows?
