1. I wonder if H1 can work on the consulting bases on their own? Should the
company that they consult with sponsor an additional H1B case?
2. Can a person work on a full time H1 and a part-time freelance if # 1 is
allowed?

发帖数: 734 | 2 H-1B cannot be self-employed. You may work for two
employers, but both employer must file I-129 to get
H-1B approval for you, i.e., you will have
concurrent H-1B work authorizations.
