I had a PhD on EE and already used my 1 year OPT.
I will get MS on CS in one year and am wondering whether I can still get
OPT again.
Although it says that OPT can be obtained again for a different level of
degree, will this reverse order (PhD then MS) on the related majors be a
problem?
