My mother came to US one year and 3 months ago. So the visa was expired
less than one year ago. She meets the requirements to ask ZhongXin bank to
apply for visa. But my father has not been to US before. So he needs to go
to Shanghai to interview. My question is that:
Can my parent go together to have the interview in Shanghai instead of
separating them?

I heard that if people meets the requirements to ask ZhongXin to apply for
visa, they may be asked to come back to ZhongXin when they try to have a
interview. That's my concern.
