some people did have luck/success in filling out the form. Maybe there's a
pattern as to what day/time the server has less workload so the speed may be
faster. Can people here share your experience? It will be helpful to other
people.

发帖数: 33 | 4 跟时间段没啥关系。我试了四天才好不容易交上两份。
星期天的时候网速很快。从3/1号开始就是龟速。
几点心得。
1.session timed out以后即刻开始申请，速度一下变很快，这个时候要抓紧时间盯住
页面。
2.一开始不要上传照片，能填内容尽量往下填内容。
3.有的时候网页没有load出来，但是也没有出现“session timed out”，这个时候申
请还是存在的，不要重新开始，只要在浏览器里面退回之前的页面，然后重新点“next
”。还是不行的话，再退回去之前的页面。如此往复。
4. 填表格的时候尽量不要离开，抓紧时间立刻click next，否则也很容易被timed out
。那个什么20分钟就是个笑话。
5.最后打印确认页的时候不要选择email confirmation，这样出来的都不能显示中文。
有acrobat的用print pdf，没有acrobat的可以print xps（装个xps先），或者打印机
直接打印。这个地方也要抓紧时间，因为还是很容易timed out。尽量先打印pdf和xps
的confirmation，都弄好了再去print applicati |
