行，advisor 跟我老公说先不把我从他的I20上拿掉，等我们都安全返美再去掉我，说
以防我无法成功
转为F1，还有可能F2返美。我面签F1的时候如果被拒，难道还有可能维持或重新申请F2
签证吗？还是
F1被拒就只能重新约签F1呢？还有我老公的I20上如果仍然有我，会不会有什么不利呢

This is nonsense.
F2 visa will be invalidated, but you can reapply for another F1 or F2 visa.
no, you can still apply for F2 visa if you like.

thank you for detailed response, can I ask further question, if my
husband's I20 still have me on it, will this affect his applying, 'cus he
also travel China and apply for new visa with me, or he should remove me
from his I20.
