典开会。有没有朋友能够确认一下，我这种情况可以去加拿大签h1b吗？还是一定得回
国签一趟？有没有可能去瑞典再签（不过是不是如果我没有回美签证的话，连瑞典都去

that you will go back to China from Sweden, and they might give you the
visa. You don't need to actually purchase the ticket.

you can choose the consulate closest to you. To my knowledge, Vancouver,
Toronto, Ottawa may be quite busy. If you want to get an appointment as
early as possible, try Calgary, Winnipeg or Halifax
