发帖数: 93 | 1 I am a H-1B holder and need to go to Canada for a business trip next week.
Two questions.
1. I will go to Buffalo to apply Canadian visa in the morning of Tuesday in
person. Can I get the visa on same day?
2. The trip will be less than 30 days and I will not apply US visa there.
According to my lawyer, I should be no problem to come back USA by using the
existing H1B approval notice due to the Automatic revalidation. Is that
true?

there about 8-9, you will get the visa in 2 hours at most | r****d
