with your expired U.S visa or not. For example, you have to either renew
your F1 visa in Canada/Mexico before you even try to apply for the Spanish
visa.

在德国返美的签证，然后持receipt去德国驻美国使馆签证成功的。只是不知道签过的
几率有多大。
