always temporary, for permanent job, the new employer needs to apply green
card for you.

发帖数: 15689 | 4 it's the employer's responsiblity to do the H-1B transfer, not yours; of
course you can ask the employer for a contract, but the employer needs to
show much more stuff than a contract to USCIS to make the H-1B transfer.
