发帖数: 199 | 1 My parents are now in the US visiting us. Their B2 visa for entering
the US will be expired on 12/3/2010 but they can legally stay in the
US till 5/3/2011 as shown in their I-94 card.
Without being careful enough, I booked a cruise to Bahamas for them on
12/17/2010. So when they come back to US from Bahamas, it seems they don't
have a valid re-entry visa. Is there any place in the US they can apply
for a new re-entry visa without going back to China? Is it possible to
apply for the US re-entry visa at Bahamas custom? Or is there any other
way to address this issue? Do I have to cancel the cruise?
