Status.) Every form has its unique purpose. Your laywer will send the
filing documents (including I-129 and other supporting documents) to USCIS (
US Citizenship and Immigration Service, a government agency). Upon
receiving the documents, USCIS will send a receipt notice to your lawyer.
And when USCIS approves the case, they will send the approval notice to your
lawyer. |

我看美国领事馆网站写的说是要经认证的ｉ１２９表，这个表怎么认证？

发帖数: 296 | 4 I applied for my H1B visa in Shanghai in 2008. I brought my H1B approval
notice with me and the VO looked at the approval notice. I would think that
for H4, the VO would also want to look at the approval notice.
Not sure what is 经认证的ｉ１２９表. Maybe that's a new requirement, or
maybe that's a requirement for H4. But I am very sure that the H1B approval
notice is required.
