发帖数: 150 | 1 最近真是倒霉，本来已经开始一学期全职工作用CPT，这两天准备申请延期到下学期，
结果学校国际学生处那边告诉我学校CPT政策变了，不可以在校外全职工作春季和秋季
。负责国际学生的coodinator是这学期新来的，把原来的政策改了，我郁闷了。如果半
职工作的话，公司就有点不太愿意。如果CPT是办职的，可不可以偷偷的全职工作，反
正CPT不用经移民局的，不知道这样会不会被发现？我现在还有一个想法，可不可以现
在就申请H1B，反正我下学期就要硕士毕业了，不知道可不可以用这个硕士学位申H1B，
还是必须用国内的本科学位啊？请达人帮帮我。头疼，脑袋都大了。 |

internship course that can use full time CPT. For the H1B application,
should it be more difficult to be approved by US immingration if I use my
bachelor degree from china? And how long will it take to apply a H1B
normally? Thanks again for your help. |
