visa now, but this H1B is CAP-EXEMPT.
I plan to transfer to a financial job in the near future, so I wonder if
most financial firms are qualified for the cap-exempt. If not, will I get
any trouble when I transfer my H1B? like any time limit or something like
that?
Probably I'll change my job in Feb. or March, so I don't know if I could
transfer my H1B sucessfully at that time even if my prospective company is
not qualified for CAP-EXEMPT.
