发帖数: 83 | 1 近期有个Business Trip要去London呆一周，但是我的H１B还没有stamped （０９年底
拿到的H１B），所以需要在London签证才能回美国。
版上有没有人有英国H１B签证的经历？在版上考古发现据说英国签证经常 被check，并
且check的时间比较长，有点担心，所以想问一下大家的意见。
因为我计划今年５月回国一次，如果在london签，回国会比较舒服一点。或者推迟去
London，先回国签证再去英国，签证比较easy一点。
Any suggestions pls？

8. Employer Verification Letter (verify current employment status and
current
salary).
9. Offer Letter (when join the current company)
10. Diploma and All your Original Degree Certificates
11. Old I-20 forms
12. Original Bank Receipt for application Visa fee
13. Work Plan
14. Resume/CV
15. One Photograph (51mm*51mm)
Good to also have:
1. Original Experience Certificates from all your previous employments.
2. Description about company, position and duties– Copy

2. Completed and signed application form (link above)
3. Two recent passport style photographs (not more than six months old -
specifications attached)
4. Proof of US immigration status. Original I-94 card and any previous U.
S. visas stamped in your passport(s).
5. Original I-797 approval notice and appointment confirmation letter at
the US embassy in London.
6. Evidence of funds available to you, for example recent bank statements
covering at least the last three months
7. Original letter of support (draft attached)
8. Copy of flight reservation/itinerary showing your intended dates into
and out of the United Kingdom
9. Original stamped receipt from biometric appointment. |
