Appointments Through the Call Center
Effective on November 15th, applicants making visa interview appointments
via the Call Center must provide the customer service representative with
their fee receipt number, which can be identified as the red number in the
top right-hand corner of the receipt. When the visa applicant calls to make
an appointment, he or she will be asked for identifying information, e.g.,
name, passport number, and the fee receipt number. They will then be given
an appointment day and time at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate of their
choice. Please note that providing the fee receipt number will necessitate
purchasing the visa fee at any branch of CITIC Bank in advance of making an
appointment, and that fee receipts are not transferable or refundable. For

还有，成都的签证不紧张，我一般都提前一个星期约，没什么问题
另外，如果你符合返签的规定，按返签排队的话是不用提前预约的，每周1周2周4早上
？点前过去排队就行了（而且是短的那队），不过你得去成都领馆网站上看看具体的 |
