本人有几个问题不大清楚，想请教一下版上的高手们~还望高手们不吝赐教 ：）
我目前在opt中，但是中国至美国的签证已经过期了，在这种情况下可以去墨西哥或者
是波多黎各旅游
吗？需要办什么手续呢？
另外，偶妈妈今年3月份会过来（其实就是她老人家强烈要求去墨西哥。。==b），她持
中国至美国的旅
游探亲签证，不知道是否可以拿这个签证直接去墨西哥或者是波多黎各旅游？

父母的没有问题，是指他们可持中国至美国旅游签证去墨西哥或者波多黎各吗？

墨西哥进美国的时候要查, 不过我没在墨西哥签过证

发帖数: 296 | 5 For PR, no problem at all since PR is considered a "state" of US. PR
citizens are considered US citizens but they cannot vote like regular US
citizens.
For Mexico, as long as you (or your mom) have a valid US visa, then you (or
your mom) can visit Mexico without a Mexican visa. You can check the
websites of Mexican consulates/embassy. As a result, your mom shouldn't
have any problem since her B1/B2 visa is still valid. But you may have
problems since your F1 visa has expired. And note that you don't actually
have an H1B visa. What you have is an approval notice for H1B petition,
which would allow you to work legally in US. It is not a visa. If you read
the approval notice for your H1B petition, you will see that it says it is
"not a visa". |

以这一个星期是没有护照的，不能出墨西哥
PS：墨西哥现在挺乱的，不太适宜旅游 |
