月时间逗留。我想由B2转F1。问题是：
假如我找到学校，拿到I-20， 我需要回去中国申请F1吗？我可以去墨西哥或加拿大签
吗？

Travelers with B1 or B2 Visas
The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services does not allow travelers
currently in the U.S. to be enrolled in U.S. colleges with B-1 Visas (
business related) or B-2 Visas (pleasure or sightseeing related). However,
travelers are welcome to apply to City College of San Francisco as a new
student, but will have to return back to their country to process the F-1
Visa. Please contact the office for more details.
所以我不太确定 B2 能否在美国境内转成 F1 status. |
