人吗？还有就是取件的时候要查身份吗？还是就凭条可以取？

drop off和第二天去取都要本人吗？那岂不是需要在ny待2个工作日呀。。

Designated Representatives
A representative is someone who has your permission to conduct business on
your behalf with Citizenship and Immigration Canada. Applications submitted
in person using our drop-box service by representatives and messengers are
processed as mail in applications.

是不是自己drop off和mail in得区别现在是2天跟30天得区别？
