发帖数: 71 | 1 currently a postdoc holding H1-B acadamic visa, just accepted another
postdoc position in another school
however the secretary in new school told me there is a process called LCA
Prevailing Wage request before H1B transfer request, which may take 2-3
month for approval, so I have to wait for another 3 months at least to start
my work.
Really want to go asap, does anyone have any knowledge about it? is it
necessary? anyway to speed up the process?
