妈妈申请b2签证旅游来玩儿，父亲多年前去世， 然后妈妈最近再婚。叔叔有个女儿在
国内，也已经结婚生子。
请问签证的时候VO问国内还有子女么？ 能说还有一个女儿么？ 还是说我就是独生女？
妈妈这种情况， 怎么回复Vo得这种国内亲属问题呢？
还有我和老公都是h1b, 但是我的工作是part time, 收入比较少。老公是学校faculty,
收入不错。
请问那个invitation letter to VO 是主要以我的名义来写比较好呢， 还是我老公？ | O******e

step-sister is an adult and not an adopted minor
step-child of your mother's, so the consular
officer should see this as a weak factor.
2. Prepare the letter in your name, or jointly by
both of you, because you have the closer relation
to your mother.
