发帖数: 4884 | 2 UK LA consulate stopped issuing VISA in June.
All VISA has to be processed by mail to UK NY consulate.
I just did it back in the end of June. The whole process took about 1 week
if you pay $150 more for premier processing.
For Biometric collection, I was told that some place (the one on Wilshire
BLVD) allow instantaneous visit. ( I didn't try, I went to El monte center
by appoint (2 days gap between online submission and collection) and send
all files to NY by Fedex over night. Once they receive your application, it
only took 1 day to finish and they send back by 1-day UPS.
