Employer已经file了I-129 (用的Premium Processing）。目前只收到了邮件的receipt
notice，里面有一个“Receipt Number”（首三位是字母，后10位为数字).
想网上先预约H1B签证的面试时间，但是网申系统要求我输入“Petition Number”（Yo
u can find this information either in the upper left corner of the Notice of
Action/Approval, Form I-797 or from the e-mail notification that the petiti
on was approved.）
我想问这个Approval Petition Number和提交I-129的Receipt Number是同一个号码吗？
还是我需要等到H1B Petition被USCIS正式批准之后才能预约H1B的面试时间？谢谢。
