Visa版 - help!!I-94 on I-797: do I need to return at airport or I need to keep it for visa interview? |

return it back at airport when i'm leaving US because it is required to
return a unexpired I-94 (the original I-94 on my passport is expired already
because I got my H1B this year and got this new I-94 from I-797 form). But
I saw many ppl said online that during H1B visa interview, VO may ask for
the whole I-797 including the I-94 part....
Quick question: During H1B visa interview, anyone is asked for the I-94 part
on I-797?
