I am always confident in your answers, but I am just a little curious that
why I worried too much
It makes full sense to me that VO will deny my LD's F1 visa application coz
I am already H1B with dual intent. According to the logic of Americans (and
more and more younger generations of Chinese couples), couples always stay
and will stay together, e.g husband sings-wife follows...
