I submit extension application for 3 more years and USCIS received my
application on 11/30/2011, after they approve my application on 12/06/2011,
I find they give me one year (because contract is 1 year) but it's from 12/6
/2011 to 12/5/2012, then I have a 5-day gap for my H1b, will this be a
problem? Am I out of status for 5 days? Thanks a lot. | t******n

as long as they received your extension application by 11/30/2011, you are
fine.
