My employer said they already delivered my package to USCIS like 3 weeks ago
. They said it must be in the quota since it was delivered several days
before Nov 22(The date h1b quota used up). But they said they haven't
received the receipt number yet. I checked with them every week.
Any comment? Is this normal? Or is that possible they were cheating on me?
