说要办H1B。我的问题是，第一，现在这种情况能提交H1B petition吗？第二，今年10
月份H1B下来之后，我是个什么情况，还能继续注册学分然后毕业吗？诚心请教，谢谢

you expect to graduate by December? Then you have to consult your school.
Some do not allow students to register CPT for their final semester; some do
not allow students to register course/thesis credits while on CPT; ...

谢谢回复。学校方面，CPT同时要求必须保持full time学生状态，所以必须注册够学分
，而且最后一个学期也可以申请CPT，我已经问过了。那么最后一个学期我八月份申了
CPT之后，10月份如果H1B批准，我的CPT是不是就自动失效了？最后一个学期作为H1B
holder能注册成Full time student吗？

effect. However, this has nothing to do with your school registration. Most
schools treat "CPT" as a course; Usually they won't call it "CPT", many call
it co-op. Some schools even allow students to obtain credits from their co-
op program. As long as you don't drop your co-op, thesis or courses, and in
the end manage to obtain all the credits, you will be just fine.

of tuition, there is no difference between F1 and H1B, meaning as an H1B you
have to pay tuition in the same way as you do now as an F1.

1）H1B生效后，F1身份失效，是不是就有H1B作为在美的合法身份了？
2）如果学校把CPT作为有学分的课程，是不是即使没有F1身份，也可以为用CPT为雇主
继续工作？我的顾虑是从H1B生效，到10月1号可以开始工作如何用CPT来cover gap(已
经没有OPT了)
