发帖数: 141 | 1 今天LP过海关的时候，她H4本来的I-94的过期日应该是跟I-797A的日期一样的
结果今天傻叉海关人员，给的过期日竟然是Visa的过期日。问他说，他说没关系，过了
那个日期也可以呆就是不给改。这不是扯淡吗？那位知道，哪里可以改这个I-94的过期
日的吗？

发帖数: 120 | 5 I just updated my I94. I have the same situation as you. I went to local CBP
first, they are not allowed to change it from last year. Then I went to
back to China and came back. It is tired to go back China. Hope you can find
a better way to change it. Someone said we can go to Canada, but it is
still a risk if they do not change it, so I went to back to China. |

it for us, although it took about 30 minutes, much longer than what I
thought.
