notice 入境是没问题的。
但是请问，在入海关的时候,新I-94上expiry date会和新雇主的h1b approval notice
上的有效期对应吗？这需要我特别和海关说明么？有经验的同学能不能出来答疑一下。

Yes, see 9 FAM 41.53 N8.4-3 in http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/87226.pdf
notice
Yes, it should agree with the validity period indicated
on the I-797A or I-797B approval notice, unless your
passport will expire in the near future.
You shouldn't have to tell them, but do check the I-94
when you receive it.
