reference check，估计马上要发offer了，我想先做好在visa方面的准备。
我现在担心的是OPT过期了我还能办H1b（最好是加急）吗？如果能，我需要做哪些事情？

-1B petition can still be submitted and you don't have to leave the US. If
the employer is a company, you can forget about it: H-1B quota of fiscal
year 2013 was already used up. Unless you can persuade the company to apply
O-1 visa for you.
