太太现在也是H1B，但是因为调动的关系需要转成H4
1. 配偶要转H4的话，流程是怎样的？是联系我公司的律师来办吗？
2. 之后如果找到新工作想再转回H1B的话，还需要走“4月申请，10月生效”这个流程
吗？还是简单的只是H1B transfer就好？

In case you want to transfer back to H1B, in case it is still within 6 years
of your starting using H1B, no need to wait till April. you can do it
whenever you need it.
Please notice, being H4 will also account for those 6 years of being in H
