5月份毕业，但是因为寒假刚回去过一次，所以visa 是到12月才过期
opt，在美国有工作，打算10月左右回去一次，这样是不是不用重新签证 | i***r

如果回来的时候,10月1日前你的opt已经expire了,说明你有cap-gap,必须需要重新签工
