发帖数: 7 | 1 我打算到日本参加一个workshop，组织者已经把签证需要的材料寄来了，包括以下的a,
b, c, d(ii)，但没有d中的(i)和(iii)。Guarantor是一个教授，如果向他要这些材料
好像太过分了。大家有没有不用d中的(i)和(iii)通过签证的？
此外，签证的申请表是只能用英语填，还是部分内容可以用日语填？因为寄来的材料是
日语的，我不知道对应的英语是什么，但可以用扫描+OCR得到可复制的日语。

Supporting documents from Japan：
a. Reason for Invitation Format: English / Japanese
b. Detailed Schedule in Japan: Sample / Form
c. Letter of Guarantee Format: English / Japanese
d. Information on the Guarantor:
- If the guarantor is a Japanese national: (i) resident's card (JUMIN-HYO)
issued by the local government within 3 months, (ii) employment verification
and (iii) one of the following documents (The following documents must show
the gross income):
(1) A tax payment receipt issued by the head of local government office (
NOZEI-SHOMEISHO)
(2) A certificate of tax payment issued by the Japanese revenue office (
NOZEI-SHOMEISHO, FORM TYPE 2)
(3) A final declaration of tax payment bearing the receipt seal of the
Japanese revenue office (KAKUTEI-SHINKOKUSHO) |
