开始。目前还没有申请H1B转F1.
今天收到国际学生办公室的信说，According to the terms of your assistantship,
you are scheduled to begin work august 1, 2013. It is highly unlikely that
USCIS will have granted the change of status by then. You should notify you
department of this possibility. You will not be able to start work until the
change of status is granted.
change of status is granted 是不是就是指F1被appove了？ 那在没granted之前，是
不是不会收到学校stipend？ 那么本来assistantship是cover学费的，这个又有什么影
响？
请懂的帮忙指教！！谢谢。
另外在考虑去第三国签证，有没有去年或者今年第三国转F1签证成功的可以说下经验？

COS to be approved in less than 2 months before the fall deadline to
