Notice to Beijing Applicants: If you are the principal applicant of a
blanket L petition who must pay a Fraud Prevention and
Detection fee or any petition based visa applicant (L1A, L1B, L2, H1B, H4)
who must pay a reciprocity fee, you will be
required to pay your fee at the Ritan Branch at the time of your interview
with a credit card. Cash and debit cards will not be
accepted.
有谁知道这个互惠费是怎么回事吗？还有，可以用美国的信用卡刷互惠费吗？

只要是有效的信用卡应该都可以。如果你不是 blanket L 类型的不用管。
