次J1离开美国不到2年时申请了F1签证，用F1签证入境时已满两年。这种情况需要做
waiver的手续么？谢谢！ |

发帖数: 8496 | 2 All the time you are in China after that J1 ended will count to the two
years, please document the dates. Your vacation back to China during your
PhD study will count too. By the time of you file AOS (or want to transfer
status without leaving US) you need to count 2 years of China stay in order
to justify that your J1 obligation is fulfilled. |
