其他设计转UX/UI design的前几天发贴说onsite面试，现在对方给了如下的回复：
“We reviewed your design exercise today and really the team was very
appreciative of your efforts.
As you are switching fields and don't have much UX work to show in your
portfolio, we may run into issues with getting your offer approved by the
hiring committee.
The team would like to get you started as a contractor and in 6 months, once
you have enough work to show in your portfolio, we can move forward with
getting your converted to a full time employee.
Let me know your thoughts.”
我觉得H1b应该是不可以做contractor的吧？我真的是既需要转行，哪怕先part-time也
好，请教各位有经验的帮我看看这封信发给我，我下一步如何去negotiate？该怎样争
取到一个可以转签证的position？
公司是硅谷某知名IT企业，我觉得如果将来能full-time转过去还是很不错的，所以不
想失去这样的机会，请各位出个主意吧～ |
