发帖数: 20 | 1 我是自费J1过来交流访问，一年快结束了，已经在申请一年的延期。十月份老板给了我
个temporary position，属于Research Technician。老板人很好，我会跟他讲这个只
是用来申请，我并不真要他以后给我办别的身份，他签字没问题。我是想知道哪样写在
大使馆，移民局那边更保险、更好。烦请各位给个意见。谢谢。

been studied at University of XX as a research scholar since January 2013还

Dr. X is applying for waiver so that she may complete her research at the
University of XX before returning to China. This will enable her to publish
her findings and receive additional training prior to begin her independent
academic career. Thus, I strongly support Dr. X’s application for a J1
waiver and the change of her visa status by the United States Citizenship
and Immigration Services（这样笼统地说下可以么？还是一定要说明以后转H签证？
） Dr. X is not being funded by either the United States government or
Chinese government or any international organizations. |
