stamp?
I am in VA and I just checked the documents needed for applying a DL here:
Document Category Proof Document
1.Primary Proof of Identity:
Unexpired foreign passport with an unexpired or expired U.S. Immigrant visa
2.Secondary Proof of Identity
Unexpired foreign passport with an I-94W or an I-551 stamp
3.Proof of Legal Presence
Unexpired foreign passport with an unexpired or expired U.S. Immigrant visa
4.Proof of Virginia Residency
Current automobile insurance bill or life insurance bill
5.Proof of Social Security
can choosse "I have not been issued a Social Security Number"
Since SSN is not nessessary, as long as you have I-94 ,you can apply for a
DL?
I am also not so sure yet.
